    Why is The Alchemist a good book? What I personally think is that the book is a bit over-rated. If you ask me to summarise the book in a few sentences, I would like to keep it this way: It is the story of a young guy who leaves his house in searc. The prologue of the Alchemist runs only a little more than one page, but it gives the reader several clues about what to expect in the story.
